An integral part of the family
business founded by his father, Marshall assumed full ownership
and the role of President in the early 1990s. He is responsible
for setting the firms strategic direction and overseeing
all company affairs. A young boy when his father started
the firm, Marshall grew up working on jobsites. He became
the Vice President at Joe Funk Construction Engineers in
the 70s. In the mid 90s, he entrusted the day-to-day management
duties to Rusty Norris. A life-long Dallas resident, Marshall
has diverse business interests in real estate, cable television,
and marinas including ownership of the largest marina in
the country.

With Joe Funk Construction
Engineers for most of his professional career, Rusty started
at the firm in 1978 as a Field Engineer and Project Manager.
After a short absence, he returned to the firm working as
a Superintendent and Project Manager. Several years ago, Rusty
was promoted to Vice President. Now serving in an executive
role, he is responsible for the day-to-day management of company
operations. Rusty oversees project management, estimating,
staffing, and planning. |

Glenn

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering,
Southern Methodist University
Since graduating college,
Glenn continues to make a strong and distinctive contribution
to the firm. He started his career at Joe Funk Construction
Engineers working as a field engineer. He then gained further
field experience working for several years as a superintendent
before moving into project management and estimating. Today,
most of Glenns efforts are focused on project management
responsibilities. His well-rounded background together with
his outstanding technical expertise serves him well. In
particular, owners and architects value his grasp of details
and being able to identify better ways to approach situations
leading to important value engineering opportunities.
