N. Henderson Retail Center

October 2004—Joe Funk Construction Engineers has succesfully negotiated a contract for a new Retail Center on N. Henderson Avenue in Dallas, Texas. The retail center will have approximately 5,000 sqaure feet for a convenience store and a drive thru liquor store. Andres Real Estate is developing the property to accomadate the tenant. The N Henderson Retail Center will include site work, utilities, a new 8,000 square foot parking lot an addition of a 2,500 square foot building and renovation of two existing buildings.

Dean Dekker with Design Collabration Design is the Architect on the N. Henderson Retail Center. " Marc Andres and Dean Dekker have been great to work with on this project. We have developed a great team and look forward to building the N. Henderson Retail Center. The key has been the open communication and figuring out how to design and build within the owners budget." says Mitchell Meyers Vice President of Joe Funk Construction Engineers. The project will be completed in February 2005.
