1st Independent National Bank

January, 2004—Joe Funk Construction Engineers, Inc. is proud to annouce our continued association with 1st Independent National Bank to expand their current facility. The 2,000 square foot addition will include new offices.The expansion will have brick veneer, a built up roof and heavy gauge metal stud framing. The expansion will start in January 2004 and will be completed by March 2004. The building team for Joe Funk Construction Engineers is headed by Rusty Norris and the superintendent is Dale Donnelly.

Joe Funk Construction Engineers is pleased to team once again with Smith, Ekblad & Associates, Inc.as the Architect for the bank expansion. We have a great association with Smith, Ekblad & Associates. They do outstanding design work with attention to detail. We value our relationship with them.

Joe Funk Construction Engineers has done five previous banks for the owners of 1st Independent National Bank. This project represents one of many projects that are from clients who we have done repeat business for due to continued excellence in service, preparation and attention to detail.
