DISD Bid Package #63

Joe Funk Construction Engineers has been awarded a $2.3 million contract by the Dallas Independent School District for a two-school renovation package. The schools to be renovated are W.E. Greiner Middle School and Anson Jones Elementary School.  The renovation work will start June 1, 2005 and be completed prior to school starting in August 2005. Leading the team at Joe Funk Construction Engineers is Rusty Norris, Project Executive and Glenn Sefton, Senior Project Manager. The Program Manager for the DISD is DMJM Management and led by Darrell Boltin. The Architect for the project is SDS Architects led by Sergio De Los Santos.

"We are looking forward to working with DMJM Management again on another DISD school package and to have the opportunity to work with Sergio at SDS Architects is a feather in our cap" said Mitchell Meyers Vice President of Joe Funk Construction Engineers.  

"Having the opportunity to work with Joe Funk Construction Engineers again pleases all parties and we know we will complete the necessary renovation work on time prior to school starting in August" said Deputy Director Stephen Solka from DMJM Management.
